Neeraj Chopra With Golden Wings Made India Fly High


Javelin Thrower Neeraj Chopra won gold medal in Tokyo Olympics 2020. India got its first gold medal by the Golden Throw of Neeraj Chopra. He did not just win a gold medal although he won the hearts of every Indian by flinging the javelin a staggering 87.58m to top the charts in Tokyo. The boy with the golden arm created history and got the medal.  India’s 2nd ever gold in olympic history since Abhinav Bindra in 2008.


Chopra represented his country in Asian Games 2018 and won the gold medal by setting the national record of 88.06 m. In Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2018, Javelin player registered a season best effort of 86.47 meters and won a gold medal.He also won a gold medal in 2016 IAAF World U20 Championship and set the world junior record of 86.48 m.

In Olympics Mirabai Chanu and Wrestler Ravi kumar Dhaiya  won silver medal. P.V Sindu got Bronze medal. The Indian Men’s Hockey team got silver medal and made remembered the golden the golden days of Indian Hockey
