Staying healthy plays a vital role for proper growth and development of mind and body. Good health is a matter of great concern, to maintain it, healthy living and a disciplined life is a must. One of the best ways is to drink plenty of water as it reduces the risk of infection, keeps your skin healthy, reduces the risk of heart attack, burns body fat and regulates our body temperature. We need to have a balanced diet and go for long, brisk walks. Our motto should be to keep our body clean in order to remain healthy. Waking up Early Morning

”Early to bed and Early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise”. Waking up early improves the concentration and memory power too. Waking up early provides more energy and will tend to better at work.

Morning yoga

Yoga makes your body healthier, keeps your mind fresh and increases work productivity. The breathing patterns are carried into the day leaving you feeling at ease and relaxed. The extra energy and metabolism levels will keep you refreshed enough to work better.

Breakfast

Breakfast is considered as the most important meal of the day considering the huge health benefits it offers like improves metabolism to burn calories, provides sufficient energy for the day.

Avoid Drinking Water after meal

Do not eat plenty of water after eating. You should maintain at least 15-30 minute time interval before and after having your meal.

Add salad in your meal and breakfast for healthy living

Salads are recommended to add fiber and micro-nutrients to our diet. However, one must not replace a meal with only vegetable salads as they lack protein. When it comes to leafy greens, darker is better. They have the most nutrients. Case in point: Kale and spinach have over 10 times more immune-boosting vitamins A and C than iceberg lettuce.

Regular body Check Up

Nap in daytime

You should take minimum 10 minute nap every day. And also take 2 minutes break every hour if you are a working person.

Light Meal at Dinner

Eat your dinner early. Have light dinner and don’t eat too much crab for dinner.

Enjoy Quality Sleep for healthy living

We should sleep well as it relaxes our body and reduces stress. It is recommended to people ages 18 to 64 get a total of seven to 9 hours of sleep on average. Also make an hour gap between dinner and going to bed.
