PV Sindhu the professional badminton player clinched the bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

 Indian woman to win two Olympic medals. She secured a bronze in olympics 2020, having added silver in Rio 2016.

In the Tokyo 2020 Women’s badminton she loses to Tai Tzu-Ying of Taiwan in straight sets.

Tai Tzu-Ying of Taiwan, who won the silver medal in women’s singles badminton event, said that PV Sindhu’s words of encouragement after the final made her cry. India’s Sindhu wins bronze, while China’s Chen Yufei clinches gold.

India got the second medal after Saikhom Mirabai Chanu received a silver medal in Tokyo Olympics 2020.
